Throughout the 20th Century Rotherham was home to many amateur and professional filmmakers. In the early 1990's a video 'Bygone Rotherham' was released featuring many of these archive films.

The video has now been digitally re mastered and compiled onto DVD with an interactive menu to allow users to access the many different clips. The DVD includes over 55 mins of film showing the Rotherham our grandparents knew....in addition a further video 'Bygone Britain' is included on the DVD, making the total running time approximately two hours.

The DVD and a VHS version are available from the Rotherham Star, and by mail order.
